Mission Statement: J.N.C.C. was founded on the belief that services, as well as computers, should be tailor made for every individual. Like a doctor or mechanic the do-it-yourself approach is not always the best route to go. Intelligent people, business owners, and computer hobbyists, as well as the novice computer user, often need quality vendors and quality services, as well as advice from time to time; J.N.C.C. is here to help you. The Story Behind Our Name: When my next door neighbor, Jimmy, needed help with his computer, I jumped at the chance to help. Having worked with computers for more than 15 years, the problem was quickly resolved. Shortly after, he began telling his friends and co-workers about the incident. Soon one of his friends called, then another, and another, then after a few months the phone started to ring non-stop, and instead of asking for me by name they would ask for " Jimmies neighbor?"
The name fit like a glove, and I decided to officially start my own computer company. Since then we have grown considerably, but we have kept the name and the same neighborly service. -Thank you Jimmy! Ethics:
As the owner and operator of J.N.C.C. I believe that service should be honest and fair. It is easy to take advantage of people when they know very little about what they need. Like many other service industries, the computer industry is fast being known for its shady service personnel who will say anything to make a buck. One of the ways this is done is by keeping the masses uneducated. Our practice is to keep the consumer informed about their options and offer open source software and free-ware, as well as licensed software options. We also encourage you to shop around and research the information we have given you. JNCC is dedicated to reliable customer service, and we intend to change the computer industries growing negative reputation one customer at a time.
