In order to serve both our corporate customers and private individuals our hours can vary.

Monday-Wednesday & Friday 8:00-5:00 (Winter/Spring Hours) 9:00-5:00 (Summer Hours)
Closed Thursdays for Corporate Contract Day
We are available most weekends by appointment.

                               Contract IT

 

 

At JNCC we offer IT maintenance packages for corporations as well as for private individuals. For a monthly fee you can have your own IT professional on call.

 

  • Corporate packages vary and are based on individual company needs, the number of monthly visits, and the number of computers that will be covered under the plan.

 

  • Individual packages start at $50 a month for one house call a month, two emergency call outs, and access to over the phone technical support.

  • We also offer remote IT Services, with monthly contract options, or our popular pay-per-remote options. Our IT staff can remote directly into your machine, manage updates, spy-ware removal, and most software issues, without you ever leaving the comfort of your own home.
