Privacy policy
Given the sensitive nature of any data on individual and corporate machines, JNCC's privacy policy is absolute.
Passwords, data, and other information cannot be shared with anyone other than the owner of said data without written consent. The only exception to this policy is in cases where illegal data is recovered. By law we are required to report any child pornography found on a system, and turn the system over to the proper authorities; JNCC will not accept any liability for lost equipment or data in such cases.
Recycling
In accordance with the Texas Administrative Code for Manufacturer Responsibilities, effective September 1, 2008, JNCC has implemented a recycling and recovery plan for all computers built by JNCC. All customers who purchased a custom built JNCC machine can return the machine, free of charge, to JNCC to be decommissioned and recycled according to state guidelines.
If you are unable to bring your machine to our Portland location, call us at (361)-643-1490 and we will personally set up a shipping or delivery method that is convenient for you.
Given the nature of our company we are unable to recycle other electronics, manufacturer brands, or CRT's, but other facilities exist to recycle these items.
