Covid-19 continues to alter the way that we do business. In an effort to reduce the risks associated with the spread of Covid-19, we will be operating by appointment only, and the inside of our office will be closed to the public; with drop-off protocols in place.

We understand there is a certain amount of inconvenience in our continued procedures, and we share your frustration, but we will continue to do everything in our power to serve this community, as well as keep it and our family safe.

What can you expect with a remote:
- We are offering/encouraging remote repairs, with e-mail billing through WAVE.
- As our services are appointment based, our hours are more flexible, as long as there are appointment slots open.
- If we are booked with remote appointments, for a given day, we may work from home.
- We are still providing in-office repairs/builds, and have a drop off system in-place.
- We are using our side-entrance, closest to the high-way, to take in and send out systems.
- When we remote in we will ask you to go to www.Fastsupport.com
What can you expect when you drop-off your system :
- You can make an appointment for drop-off by texting 361-537-5622.
- Once you arrive for your appointment, let us know you are here by Texting 361-537-5622 (again) with your name, service needs, and a system password.
- We will wheel a cart outside, and you can place your system on the cart, once we are back inside the office.
- Text us from your car, and we will wheel the cart, with your system, inside to start repairs.
For System Pick-Up:
- We will text you or call when your system is ready, and you can set a time to pick-up it up.
- Once again, text us when you are here and we will wheel the cart out with your system on it.
- You can request an e-mailed bill before pick-up, and we will send it with a payment link through WAVE, or pay upon pick-up.
Our internal Covid-19 protocols:
- Each system that comes in is isolated and disinfected. (This does not mean blown out with compressed air, but disinfected using an isopropyl alcohol solution).
- The cart is also disinfected after each appointment.
- Each of our stations is disinfected after every repair is complete.
- We are also monitoring our health and temperatures daily, wearing masks, and washing hands between repairs or switching between systems.
